Request reviews from clients via SMS
Akuting is pleased to announce a new feature to its Reputation Management Platform. It is now possible to send a convenient SMS to your clients, prompting them for an online review.
SMS has become one of most engaging media. The ability to send SMS review requests, immediately after a purchase or service experience significantly improves the number of reviews posted about your business.
Clients receiving this SMS will be prompted to visit your dedicated review page and provide an initial assessment of the quality of their last experience. If their experience has been positive, clients will be prompted to publish their review on one of the leading review sites, such as Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, RateMD… If their experience is negative, clients will be asked to provide more information that allows businesses to reach out to their client and fix the situation, before it is too late.
