Welcome to the Digi-GrowthTM Assessment tool. This tool is especially useful for Business to Business (B2B) environments. It will allow you to understand better your current situation regarding critical processes associated with business development. For each process, you will also receive an improvement recommendation. During this exercise, we will cover with you 27 processes. For each of them, you will have to choose one of five options that best describes your current situation. The Digi-GrowthTM assessment is based on the Capability Maturity Model. The aim is to measure the current level of maturity of each of your critical processes, on the following scale;
- Level 1 – Initial (chaotic)
- Level 2 – Repeatable
- Level 3 – Defined
- Level 4 – Managed
- Level 5 – Optimised
Before you begin, here are some instructions;
- The questionnaire should take a little less than twenty minutes to complete. If you are interrupted, you can resume at any time. The system records your answers at the end of each of the five sections.
- There is no right or wrong answer. Depending on your industry and the stage of development of your business, a lower level of maturity sometimes offers more flexibility and better results.
- To lighten the questionnaire, we sometimes use the generic term “salesperson”. We understand that for professional services firms, these activities are often carried out by Partners or Professionals.
